Krakatau Steel targets production increase
Indonesia’s Krakatau Steel expects to boost finished steel production to 2.8 million tonnes in 2019, up from 2.2mt in 2018. The company has long fallen short of tis production targets, but it is now making progress with the commissioning of new capacity, Kallanish notes.
