Krakatau Steel proposes duties on Chinese alloy HRC
Indonesia's state-owned Krakatau Steel has proposed to the Komite Anti Dumping of Indonesia (KADI) to impose anti-dumping duties on China-origin alloy steel hot rolled coil and plate, Kallanish notes.
