Krakatau Steel establishes construction steel subsidiary
Indonesian state-owned steelmaker PT Krakatau Steel has established a subsidiary company to improve its efficiency and competitiveness in the construction steel supply sector, Kallanish notes.
The newly established subsidiary, Krakatau Baja Konstruksi, will manage four of the steelmaker's subsidiaries, including PT Krakatau Wajatama, PT KHI Pipe Industries, PT Krakatau National Resources and PT Krakatau Niaga Indonesia.
