Kobe Steel reduces 25% of BF carbon emissions
Kobe Steel has successfully demonstrated a technology that can reduce CO2 emissions by 25% in a 4,844 cubic metre-blast furnace at its Kakogawa Works, Kallanish notes. The reduction ratio is only for the scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions of the BF.
