Klöckner moves into steel fabrication in US
Germany’s Klöckner & Co (KlöCo) has announced the takeover of US steel processing company American Fabricators, through its US subsidiary Kloeckner Metals Corporation.
Located in Nashville, Tennessee, American Fabricators specialises in the manufacture of complex parts for a variety of different industries. With a machinery park and 150 employees, it achieves annual sales of $150 million, according to KlöCo.
