Klöckner & Co increases earnings on US sales
Klöckner & Co, which claims to be the biggest stockholding steel distributor in the combined European and North American markets, has benefitted from price increases stateside.
Prices in the USA for steel and metal products were above the company’s expectations in the second quarter, it says in a statement sent to Kallanish. As a result, the company benefited more strongly than anticipated from the positive market trend.
