Klöckner banks on digitalisation and value-added services
The rollout by Klöckner & Co of an online trading platform in Europe has now been followed up by the launch of the service in the USA. This allows customers to view information on their contract status and place call-off orders for products online. Within a short time this has generated over $1 million in sales, Kallanish learns.
