Khorasan Steel begins exports by rail to Afghanistan
Khorasan Steel has shipped its first cargo to Afghanistan by rail, Kallanish learns from the Iranian steelmaker. The firm is preparing to deliver further cargoes to Afghanistan’s northern Mazar-i-Sharif province, a major centre of steel consumption that has traditionally sourced its steel requirement through Uzbekistan.
