Kamaz eyes passenger cars, increases truck output
Russian truck-maker Kamaz plans to form a passenger car division and to start production of cars, says company head Sergey Kogogin.
“However, relatively speaking, this is unlikely to be a consolidation with the main business of the enterprise,” Kogogin told Russian state agency Interfax on the sidelines of the Russian Industrialist forum. “We are forming a new type of business.”
