JSW closes in on final agreement for Aferpi
A formal meeting between the lawyers of troubled Italian mill Aferpi in Piombino, currently part of Algeria’s Cevital, and JSW Steel took place in Rome last week. This should lead to the final agreement of the Aferpi buyout by the Indian steelmaker this week, a union representative tells Kallanish.
