JPMorgan increases shareholding in Usiminas
US investment company JPMorgan Chase (JPM) has increased its stake in Brazil’s Usiminas, the steelmaker says in a note seen by Kallanish.
JPM has purchased 1,930,891 preferred shares and now has 5.40% of the company's total of this class, Usiminas explains.
The investor has not entered into any agreements or arrangements governing the exercise of voting rights or the purchase and sale of securities issued by Usiminas, confirms the steelmaker.
