Jianlong takes over Ningxia's private steelmaker
China Business Journal reports that Jianlong Group intends to purchase Shenyin Special Steel (Shenyin) in Ningxia through its subsidiary Shanxi Jianlong Steel. Market sources say Shenyin has handed over management rights to Jianlong Group, and will be formally incorporated into Jianlong after cleaning up its debts, Kallanish notes.
