Japan's NSC to fully absorb steelmaking subsidiary
Japan’ Nippon Steel Corporation (NSC) tells Kallanish that it is to implement a merger between NSC and its wholly-owned subsidiary Nippon Steel Nisshin Co., Ltd. (NSN). The subsidiary will be fully absorbed into NSC, with the latter being the surviving company.
