Japanese scrap gains $78 in monthly export tender
Kanto Tetsugen's latest monthly export tender for Japanese H2 grade scrap from Tokyo Bay reflects a significant rise in the market, Kallanish notes. Thursday’s tender reflects an average price increase of JPY 8,105/tonne ($78/t) from last month's tender to JPY 38,710/t ($370/t) fas.
