Japanese companies agree to DRI project in Oman
Oman’s Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Japanese Kobe Steel Ltd and Mitsui & Co Ltd, as well as an MOU on comprehensive cooperation for the Low-CO2 Iron Metallics Project for the production and sales of direct reduced iron.
