Japanese steelmakers plan to raise production in Q2
Japanese steelmakers plan to increase crude steel production in second quarter of the financial year starting April 2016, according to Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Meti). This is despite weak domestic market demand and sluggish exports, Kallanish notes.
