ITC to perform expedited hot-rolled review
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) plans to expedite its five-year sunset review of the anti-dumping duties imposed on hot-rolled carbon sheet from Russia.
Due to an affirmative vote Friday, “The commission will conduct an expedited review to determine whether revocation of the order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time,” Kallanish learns from the ITC.
