Ilva issues call for expressions of interest
Italy’s Ilva has officially published a call for expressions of interest in the purchase of the group. The procedure will involve Ilva spa and subsidiary companies Ilva Servizi Marittimi, Ilvaform, Innse Cilindri, Sanac, Taranto Energia, Socova and Tillet, Kallanish learns.
Individual companies of any nationality or consortiums interested in the operation will have until 10 February to submit their expression of interests.
