Italy’s AST to remain outside Tata/tk merger
The Italian stainless steel supplier Acciai Speciali Terni (AST), controlled by thyssenkrupp, is set to be excluded from the merger announced this week between Tata Steel Europe and thyssenkrupp. Trade unions in Italy have expressed their concern over this in a note seen by Kallanish.
