Italian scrap prices decline slightly
Scrap prices in Italy declined last week, with certain mills lowering their purchasing values by €5/tonne ($5.3) on-week and others adopting a wait-and-see attitude. One producer plans to lower its prices in July by €10-15/t, but supply is scarce and merchants are putting up resistance.
