Italian plate prices weaken amid slow activity
Italian heavy plate prices are lowering slightly by €10/tonne ($10.7) month-on-month, surrendering the high point of the range seen in May. This is driven by poor market activity and large buyers remaining on the fence. Sales are back-to-back and no restocking is forecast in the near term, sources confirm to Kallanish.
