Italian longs prices struggle in quiet market
Some Italian long steelmakers are implementing or mulling a €20/tonne ($21) on-month increase this month, in line with longs producers in France and Spain. May, however, is proving a slow month for longs sales in Italy after an unexpectedly good April.
