Italian coils prices to hike
Italian hot rolled coil prices are seen increasing in new contracts by some €40-50/tonne ($43-54) despite the market being quiet and orders low.
Activity is slowly resuming this week after the August holiday break with HRC buyers and service centres’ customers in a wait-and-see mood. Prices are flat compared to the contracts implemented in end-July and August, Kallanish notes.
No change is registered in demand for coils derivatives so far. So…
