Italian car output grows on-year to end-October
Italian car production increased both in October and over the first ten months of the year supported by domestic demand as well as exports, Kallanish learns from the local carmakers' association, Anfia.
In October output hiked by 9% year-on-year to 67,000 units, while during the first ten months of 2017 it grew to over 633,000 units, up 6% y-o-y, the association says. Over half of total Italian vehicle production is intended for export.
