Italian car output gains momentum
Italian passenger car output increased further in September after ticking higher in August, Kallanish notes from preliminary data released by local carmakers' association Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (Anfia).
Passenger car output registered an increase of 36.1% year-on-year in September to 68,286 units. In the first nine months of the year 279,204 cars were produced in the country, a fall of -34.5% y-o-y, Anfia says.
