Italian automotive sector performs strongly over January-April
The Italian automotive sector has begun the year with good performances, according to the local carmakers association ANFIA.
The association reports that automotive vehicle production in Italy reached 260,000 units during the first four months of the year, up over 5% y-o-y. This recovery was possible despite the -8% year-on-year correction registered in April due to the long holidays, Kallanish notes.
