ISM's manufacturing survey rises in November
The US Institute for Supply Chain Management’s November purchasing managers’ index climbed 1.6 percentage points in November to 59.3%, Kallanish reports.
The index, a product of the institute’s manufacturing business survey committee, was largely driven by a 4.7 percentage point increase in new orders to 62.1%. The production index likewise climbed 0.7 percentage points to 60.6%, and the employment index increased 1.6 percentage points to 58.4%…
