ISM sees manufacturing growth in 2016
Manufacturing is expected to exhibit small but definite growth in 2016, Kallanish learns from the Institute for Supply Management.
ISM expects total US manufacturing production capacity to increase about 3% relative to 2015. Capital expenditures will likewise increase about 1%, and prices will rise about 1.7%.
Manufacturing employment should stay relatively static over the course of the year, but revenues are predicted to rise 2.8%.
