ISIT forecasts 2.5% rise in Thai steel demand
Thailand’s steel consumption and production in 2023 slumped to the lowest level in a decade, Kallanish learns. Thai apparent steel consumption decreased 0.4% y-o-y to 16.33 million tonnes, according to the Iron & Steel Institute of Thailand (ISIT).
