Iron ore slides despite supply disruptions
Seaborne iron ore prices slipped on Monday on weak sentiment and falling steel futures, Kallanish notes. The decline came despite disruptions in Australian supply, but in the evening bulls caught a break as Vale said Brucutu would not restart early.
