Steel, iron ore slide slowly on weak sentiment
China’s steel futures prices slid, but only slightly on Tuesday as weak sentiment was moderated by a consumer sentiment survey suggesting house prices were expected to stall rather than collapse. Iron ore too traded only a little lower in three deals on the GlobalORE platform, Kallanish observes.
