Iran's ten-month exports surpass 4mt
Exports of steel by Iran’s major producers rose 45% on-year in the ten months through 19 January to 4.4 million tonnes, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organisation (Imidro).
Khouzestan Steel accounted for 1.5mt of these exports, Mobarakeh Steel (without subsidiaries) for 1.4mt, Hormozgan Steel for 812,000t and Esfahan Steel for 465,000t.
