Iranian steelmakers criticise industry minister change
Iran has appointed Jafar Sarghini acting industry, mine and trade minister, replacing Hossein Modares Khiabani to the dismay of the Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA).
Khiabani only served for three months in the role after being appointed in mid-May (see Kallanish passim). However, Iranian MPs voted against his permanent appointment.
