Iranian steel output shrinks on electricity curbs
Iranian finished steel output shrank in the first eight months of the Iranian year, or 21 March-21 November. Power outages lasting from the first week of July until mid-September hampered production severely, according to an Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA) note on its online Chilan portal.
