Iranian steel exports begin New Year with surge
Iranian steel export growth continued in the first month of the country’s New Year. Shipments abroad of semi-finished and finished products rose 83% on-year to 359,573 tonnes in the month through 20 April, according to provisional figures from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organisation (Imidro).
