Iranian finished steel output rises further in February
Iranian finished steel production grew 8% on-year in the 11 months through 19 February to 19.6 million tonnes, Kallanish learns from the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro).
11-month hot rolled flat products output rose 3% to 7.28mt and rebar production was up 24% to 7.1mt. Cold rolled flats production rose 9% to 2.34mt but coated sheet output fell -9% to 1.27mt.
