Iranian eight-month iron and steel exports decline
Iranian exports of iron and steel products declined during the first eight months of the Iranian calendar year (21 March-21 November), Kallanish notes.
Despite low cost raw materials (iron ore) and natural gas supply domestically and the depreciated Iranian currency against the USD, exports declined due to shrinking demand in major markets in the Far East.
