Iran posts seven-month iron, steel exports increase
Iran posted semi and finished steel and steelmaking raw materials export growth in the first seven months of the Iranian calendar, from 21 March to 22 October 2023. Last year, due to export duties, the country's shipments abroad were hampered, according to a note on the Iranian Steel Producers Association (ISPA)’s online Chilan portal.
