Iran crude steel output begins year with surge

Iran’s major steelmakers increased crude steel production 23% on-year in the month through 20 April, or first month of the Iranian year, to 1.69 million tonnes. This is according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (Imidro).
