Iran agrees pipe technology, know-how transfer with Tubacex
National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and Isfahan Alloy Steel Complex have signed an agreement with Spain’s Tubacex for the transfer of knowledge and technology related to corrosion-resistant alloy (CRA) pipe production.
The overall contract total amounts to €550 million ($616m). It includes the joint production of 600km of tubing required by Pars Oil & Gas, as well as the construction in Iran of a production complex for CRA pipe. At the end of…
