Interpipe fights Ukraine collusion charge in court
Ukrainian pipemaker Interpipe has denied accusations by the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) that it colluded to inflate prices when supplying solid-rolled wheels to Ukrzaliznytsia. AMCU fined Interpipe UAH 69.3 million ($2.43m) for violating antimonopoly legislation, which the steelmaker says it intends to challenge in court.
