INOXAP wins Tata Steel air separation contract
Tata Steel has awarded a contract to setup two air separation units (ASU) at its Meramandali Plant, located in the Dhenkanal district of Odisha, to INOX Air Products (INOXAP). Each of the two ASUs will have the capacity to produce 1,800 tonnes/day of gaseous oxygen, besides nitrogen and argon. The ASUs will also have a provision to generate rare gases, Kallanish notes.
