Indian imported scrap offers rise despite slowed bids
Indian imported scrap offers have ticked up following a slight improvement in the domestic market coupled with consecutive bookings in Turkey. Indian buyers, however, continue to bid low, citing slowed offtake of semi-finished and finished steel in the domestic market, sources tell Kallanish.
