Indian imported scrap demand falls, neighbouring countries follow
Indian demand for imported scrap remains bearish for the third consecutive week as the market has turned quiet, awaiting the general election result, notes Kallanish.
EU-origin shredded scrap quotes are at $417-421/tonne, while HMS (80:20) scrap is at $396-401/t cfr India.
