Increased drilling, costlier oil seen boosting TMK sales

Increased drilling and higher oil prices in Russia will continue to support demand growth for all tubular products except large-diameter pipe (LDP) in 2018, according to TMK. This, coupled with further North American demand growth, will drive up the Russian pipemaker’s sales this year.
