Ilyich reduces dust emissions after furnace upgrade
Metinvest’s Ilyich steelworks has completed hot tests of the new and reconstructed aspiration systems at blast furnace No.3, the company says.
Investment amounted to $31 million, Kallanish notes. The overhaul was carried out in 19 months.
