Ilyich improves operations with convertor upgrade
Metinvest’s Ilyich steelworks has finished the construction of a modern nitrogen gunning plant in the converter shop, says the Mariupol city administration.
Investment amounted to UAH 1260 million ($4.2m), Kallanish notes. Construction work began in June. At the moment, preparations are underway for the start of individual testing of units.
