New decree extends timescale for Ilva sale process
Italy’s council of ministers (Cdm) has approved a new decree which will modify the selection criteria and the deadlines set for the sale of Italy’s troubled steelmaking giant Ilva, Kallanish learns. According to sources in the industry, the new decree is likely to delay the completion of the sale by nearly six months.
