Ilva looks to sell Tunisia assets
Italy’s Ilva is selling assets in Tunisia sources within the company tell Kallanish. These are a service centre, Ilva Maghreb, and a rolling mill for flat products, Tunisacier, both located in the free-trade zone near Bizerte in the north of the country.
While the two assets occupy the same 50,000 square metres area, the operations can be acquired separately, sources say.
