Ilva to have new owner before year-end: sources
Italian integrated mill Ilva is expected to have a new owner announced by the end of this year, as the latest deadline set by the authorities has passed, according to declarations by government officials over the weekend seen by Kallanish.
As previously reported, two main consortia led by ArcelorMittal and Arvedi respectively are in line to take control of the company after expressing their formal interest at the end of June.
